  • RESTOCKING FEE: Refused Orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee
  • All returns must be made known to us in writing within 5 days of receiving your products. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO DEDUCTIONS ARE TO BE MADE FROM INVOICE WITHOUT AUTHOURIZATION.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, sellable condition to receive credit. Items not meeting these criteria will not be credited and will not be sent back to the customer.
  • You may use any shipping agent you like to ship your return back to us. WE ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT IN WHICH CASE NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED
  • If you opt to use our FedEx Ground account to return your packages—you will be billed for the return shipment.
