Shipping Policies

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days / 48hrs after receiving / acceptance of order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order or the shipping of any item.
  • We ship all packages either Fed Ex Ground or LTL Trucking/ Common Carrier. We will try to accommodate our customers if other forms of shipping are requested. Orders within a 50 mile radius may be delivered by our company trucks.
  • Shipping charges are prepaid and billed on invoice; charges are determined by weight, size and destination. They are non-refundable. Please contact us if there are questions concerning shipping charges. Please be aware that shipping larger items may incur additional charges, and are usually shipped via common carrier.
  • Additional charges will apply to residential deliveries. Please make us aware if a shipment is going to a residential location.
  • RUSH ORDERS: If an order is required by a specific date, please make us aware of this information. If you require that your order be processed and shipped on the same day, please call to verify that it is possible. Extra charges may apply.
  • SHIPPING CLAIMS: Damaged or broken merchandise must be reported to the shipping company first upon arrival in a written statement, if possible. Please contact our offices immediately so a claim can be processed. All shipping claims are required within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.
  • If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to the customer.
  • All replacements for broken and incorrect items are shipped via FedEx Ground ONLY. We do not send replacements for broken items or incorrect items using any expedited services. If immediate replacements are necessary, customer will be responsible for any additional charges over the standard ground rate.
  • You may request a credit for the cost of the broken or incorrectly shipped items in place of a replacement. PLEASE NOTE THIS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN A 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD
  • CANCELLATIONS: an order must be cancelled before the shipping process by calling our office.
