All are welcome! Vasesource is primarily a wholesaler, as such our wholesale pricing is protected and we need to differentiate a temporary account from a business account. In other words, if you are purchasing products for your own personal use, you will register under a temporary account. If you are a business, you would register under wholesale account. In order to see prices, you would need to have an account with us.

Vasesource will accept returns of unused merchandise inside the original master case up to 5 business days after the delivery date. Email customerservice@vasesource.com or call to schedule your return. A replacement or store credit may only be given after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned merchandise. You can also return the item to your local showroom within the 5 business days of receiving your order to avoid a restocking fee. If you’d like us to pick up within our local delivery range a standard freight charge will apply. Although the majority of our items are handmade, every effort is put forth to ensure that the measurements for each product are as accurate as possible. Please see "Information and Details" on our product pages for approximate measurements. 
We have local delivery, FedEx ground and we offer flat pallet rates. Any residential delivery will incur an additional $75 fee. A lift gate is required if the drop off location does not have a loading dock or fork lift on site. Please see our shipping policy page for details.
Absolutely! We use a secured payment processor. When purchasing online, all of your information is entered into a secured webpage. Your card information is not stored on our servers unless you select to save it for future purchases. Our website is also SSL encrypted. All of your personal information is confidential.
Unfortunately we do not offer this service. On the bright side our prices are so affordable you wouldn’t have to rent from us. Are you a business that offers this service? You’re in luck! No, we do not sell fresh flowers. However, we do sell faux flowers , faux flower mats and plants!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks (paper and electronic), cash and ACH wires.
We do! But only for NYC customers. Orders would have to be placed by 8am Mon-Fri for same day delivery.
You can only purchase one item at a time if you are picking up at your local showroom. This would be considered a sample piece. As far as placing orders, you can only purchase cases at a time. Sample pieces are all final sales.
There is no minimum for orders. For local deliveries, there is a minimum of $250. All orders below the minimum will be shipped LTL or FedEx.
If you are a business, the state requires that we have an FEIN letter or a resell certificate on file for your account. Other than that, it doesn’t get any easier than this. Register here
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O boxes.
Yes, about 90% of our products are handmade by skilled craftsman; as with any hand blown piece slight variations can occur.
Absolutely! After becoming a registered customer you would have the benefit of your account being assigned to an account manager. An account manager would keep you up to date on our new products, sales, put orders in upon your request, etc. Which means saving you more time & making it easier for you to keep your clients happy! You would also have access to exclusive pricing.

Yes we do sell candles. A pretty big variety actually! We carry tapered, pillar, LED, tealights, votive, and floating candles. All of which would set a beautiful tone at your wedding reception or any event for that matter. In addition to candles we also sell candle holders and candelabras.
We ask that you request cancellation any time prior to shipping or delivery.

Local Delivery Charges

ZONE1 (1-30 Miles) = $20.00
ZONE2 (31-60 Miles) = $25.00
ZONE3 (61-100 Miles) = $35.00
ZONE4 (101-150 Miles) = $55.00
ZONE5  (150-225 Miles) = $65.00


UPS:    

Although we cannot ship large glass items with UPS ground, we can do it for most items. UPS quotes are based on the dimensional weight. The shipping quote you are given at the time of checkout is an estimate based on the information UPS provides us.

Pallet Rates:

Pallets are definitely the most cost-effective way for a business to ship their orders from us.

A pallet is 40"x48" and the maximum height to ship is 72" (7 feet). A pallet can hold up to 40 cases of small sized items. Orders containing trumpet vases will automatically be shipped on a pallet due to their size and fragility. 

Additional costs includes:

Lift gate $75

Inside Delivery $75

Resident Delivery $75

Delivery Appointment $25

Any international shipments require custom quotes.

You can fill a pallet up as much or as little as you'd like and it will not affect the price.
