Guzman has raved about Vasesource in the past and we had to know more about his passion for our products and his inspiration when creating a masterpiece.

What do you love most about Vasesource?: Vasesource has been with me from the beginning when I started my company in October of 2016. I love the uniqueness of the products. There is always something fresh and new with a contemporary look. I also love how Vasesource has different variety and options for a few of their collections.

Which collection/event piece of ours is your favorite ‘go-to’ for an event?: It depends on the event because each client will have a different opinion about what they want. I have used the LOUIS candelabra and the SOPHIA candle holders the most. I’m a big fan of the crystal collection and love how the SOPHIAs come in a variety of sizes and can be used in different settings.

What was the inspiration behind your TV series “Jimmy’s Decorative Moments”?: As I became busier, I felt I was losing a connection with my community. There are decorative moments all around us and I felt this was a great way to talk about décor and reconnect with my community.

What advice would you give to future/new designers?: Do a lot of research, it could be from reading a magazine or watching educational videos related to the industry, it will help you in the long run. Attending classes and networking events that relate to what you want to pursue and don’t be afraid to ask questions. It’s through these experiences I was able to grow as a designer.

Vasesource carries over 1500 items, what do you look for when we announce the arrival of a new collection?: I pay attention for when fresh new styles are featured. Whether it is new metallic or crystal, I love both styles. I also keep an eye out for gold candle holders that maybe featured.

Was there a collection or style from this past year that you really loved?:

·         Crystal Collection

·         Metallic Gold

We want to thank Jimmy Guzman for speaking with us and providing the beautiful photos. We wish you all the best.
