Vasesource’s First Year at the AmericasMart Atlanta
Gift Show
Vasesource is no stranger to gift shows. However, the excitement of introducing our brand new
collections in a new city is what drives us to put our best foot forward.
This year, we traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for the
AmericasMart Atlanta Gift Show.
This massive shopping center is the nation’s number 1
destination for finding Gifts and Home Décor paraphernalia and it is the perfect
place to showcase our collections. It was also a great opportunity to announce our
partnership with D&M Depot.
We spent weeks preparing for it and could not wait to get
started on this adventure.
At Vasesource, we love meeting customers face to face;
helping in the selection of items they need while providing excellent service.
Now is the time to shine!

DAY 1: Preparation
Before the excitement of the Show began, we had three of our
sales team members fly down to help set up our booth.
Tracy of the Chelsea Massachusettsshowroom,
Barbara of the Fairfield NewJersey Headquarter and showroom
&
Daniel McClelland, Sales & Marketing
Director, also of our Fairfield location.
They were ready for the task at hand.
As soon as they arrived, it was straight to work; they put
together shelves, unpacked vases and catalogs, and also put together some
floral arrangements. To help us with the event,
Christophe, the Sales Director for D&M Depot
, came down and met with us. It was really great getting to know him and talk more about the collections.

Once everything was in place, they were ready for what the
first day of the Show would bring their way.
DAY 2: Day 1 of the Show
Our team was eager to seize the day and could not wait to
meet customers, familiar and new, and share our new catalog.
As the day went on, more and more customers visited our
booth; they all really loved our new products and ask to know more.
At the end of the day, we were just elated that our very
first day turned out to be so successful and looked forward to the following
days at the Show.

DAY3-5: Bustling Busy Days
-
As we moved towards the weekend, our team members were
delighted to greet returning customers, who visited the first two days of the
show.
We were delighted to have
Itzik Yakobi, the owner of Vasesource,
as well as
Daniel Gershon, the manager of our New York City Showroom,
join us for the remainder of the gift show.
The days got busier, but our team kept on smiling! Our
knowledgeable staff was able to respond to all questions and was happy to help
customers place their orders with our online ordering system, making ordering
with us an easy process. As our selections are ever growing and new items come
in everyday, we encouraged them to come back and visit us in the future.
DAY 6: The Last Day
-
On the last day of the show, after assisting the remaining
customers with their orders, our team packed up everything they had built a few
days before. They packed away all of the shelves and vases and made sure to
clean up any mess that may have resulted from packing everything away. Only
after completing all of this did they began the journey back home.
We had a wonderful time and want to extend a big thank you
to AmericasMart Atlanta for having us, to Christophe for meeting and helping us
throughout the whole show, and the customers who came out to meet us.
From all of us at
Vasesource, we thank you and hope to see you again.

YBS Imports, a move that gave wholesale florists access to our
unique designs. Today we supply floral studios, event planners,
hotels and online stores along the East Coast, across the nation,
and around the world.
